Nico Life launches Zonse Savings Plan

Nico Life on Wednesday launched a new product called Zonse Savings Plan which combines savings and life cover products.
Speaking during the launch at Amaryllis Hotel in Blantyre, Nico Life Chief Executive Officer Eric Chapola said the product is the first of its kind on the market.
“We are making it easy for our customers to save and, as they are saving, they are also buying for themselves a life cover. In the event of death, the bereaved family is paid off and they can use the money for anything they like,” he said.
Chapola said the product is targeting Malawians that have regular income because the premiums are paid on a monthly basis.
“To those that are in employment and get monthly salaries, this is very ideal to them as well as those that are in businesses and have constant flow of incomes. The product is also ideal for them,” he said.
Chapola said Zonse Savings Plan has a lot of benefits to the customer.
He said Nico Life will continue thinking outside the box to provide solutions to people’s needs.
