Nomads extend contracts for 4
Be Forward Wanderers have extended for three years contracts of their regulars Stanley Sanudi, Mike Kaziputa, Isaac Kaliyati and Alfred Manyozo Jnr to clear doubts over their future at the Lali Lubani Road.
Wanderers General Secretary, Mike Butao, confirmed the extension of the players’ contracts, adding that the club’s transfer committee was finalising the contracts.
“We regrouped yesterday in Blantyre. I am sure that we will have a successful season. I would like to assure our supporters that we are making everything possible not to lose any player. We want our plan of winning the TNM Super League to be fulfilled,” Butao said.
However, the Carlsberg Cup and Fisd Challenge Cup champions are struggling to convince their want-away midfielder Joseph Kamwendo and striker Amos Bello.
Kamwendo has been linked with newly-promoted Masters Security while Bello is interested in a switch to Silver Strikers.
