Nyakwawa Usiwa Usiwa burial Saturday
High Court Judge Nyakwawa Usiwa Usiwa, who died in a road accident in Lilongwe on Thursday, will be buried in Mulanje Saturday.
The remains of Usiwa Usiwa, who once served as Registrar of the High Court and Supreme Court of Appeal, will be buried in Matipwiri Village, Traditional Authority Mthiramanja, Mulanje District.
Usiwa Usiwa was appointed High Court Judge on January 6 2017, having joined the Judiciary as Senior Resident Magistrate in 2002.
He rose up the ladder, rising to the position of Principal Resident Magistrate in 2005, Assistant Registrar in August 2008 before being promoted to the position of Chief Resident Magistrate on November 25 2009.
On March 10 2014, he became Deputy Registrar of Supreme Court and High Court of Malawi.
