Nyasa Music Awards ready with ‘Reloaded’ party
Fresh from hosting the African Print Party in Blantyre on January 27, Nyasa Music Awards organisers have turned their attention to Lilongwe, where they will hold African Print Party version dubbed ‘Reloaded’.
One of the organisers of Nyasa Music Awards, Chifundo Maganga, said the party is part of preparations for the inaugural Nyasa Music Awards slated for Comesa Hall in Blantyre on May 5 this year.
The African Print Party reloaded show will be held at the Cockpit in Lilongwe during the evening of February 24.
“We want to interact with the people in Lilongwe so that they can embrace our concept and appreciate the high standards that we want to set for the Malawian music industry,” Maganga said.
The African Print Party at Cockpit in Lilongwe will be spiced up by DJ Reubie, VJ Ice, DJ Crystal and DJ Flame.
A Lilongwe-based artist whose identity will be revealed on the night will also perform.
