Onesimus kick-starts ambassadorial duties
Musician Onesimus has begun his work as the face of Amaryllis Hotel as, on Thursday with his team, he toured the magnificent facility.
The artist, who has just released a new single titled ‘Maria’, and is still basking in the glory of impressive previous singles ‘Panado’ and ‘Solomoni’, said he is looking forward to selling the hotel using his musical talent.
“It was exciting to go on this tour with the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager to have an insight and get to learn more about the hotel,” Onesimus said.
During the tour, Onesimus also had time to share his story with the hotel.
“We spoke about Amaryllis Hotel talent show that will be launched later in the year and aired on different television stations in the country, accommodating youth from all over the world,” he said.
Onesimus said he also had time to touch base with the hotel on charity events that he will embark on in communities in the country.
“I feel great and honoured to have this role as an ambassador. The hotel has promised to support me in my music. It is not only me who will benefit but the entire creative industry as I will be supporting up and coming musicians by funding their projects,” he said.
The artist is set to hold a ‘Home Coming’ concert in Lilongwe next month.
