Peter Banda, Francisco Madinga wanted in Sweden, Denmark, Croatia

Flames attacking duo Peter Banda and Francisco Madinga have attracted interests, from three European clubs, namely Sweden side Djurgårdens IF, Denmark side Viborg and Croatian team Osijek.
Fifa-sanctioned player intermediary Amadou Fontem Tigana, who also runs Royal Scout Soccer Management Agency, confirmed the development, saying Banda was a top target for Osijek.
“We are close to getting down to terms. Peter will go back to Europe once discussions are through. This is not the only club as Djurgårdens and Viborg are also interested in both Peter and Madinga. If all goes well, we will also have the players move soon,” Tigana said.
He also disclosed that Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca have also registered interest in both players.
Both players did not pick our calls.
Meanwhile, Football Association of Malawi (Fam) President Walter Nyamilandu said if the move materialises, it will be good for the players and the nation.
“The boys [Peter and Madinga] have tremendous talent to play top football in Europe and I wish them good luck,” he said.
Banda, a former Nyasa Big Bullets winger, is currently playing for Tanzania giants Simba SC, after he left Moldovan outfit Sheriff Tiraspol whereas Madinga, a former Mighty Wanderers attacker, plays for Dila Gori in Georgia.
