Phyzix collaborates with Zimbabwe, Zambia artists

It is a very long time ago that Malawi, Zimbabwe and Zambia were once one nation under the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland.
However, by the time the federation collapsed, Malawi, Zimbabwe and Zambia shared a lot in common and that has continued to the present day.
The country’s hip hop artist Phyzix has decided to unite the three countries through music by working with Stunner and Stevo.
Phyzix, who recently released Gamba Season Extended Playlist (EP), said Wednesday he decided to bring together leading and award winning Zimbabwean rapper Stunner and Zambian rapper Stevo to produce the track ‘Jelousy’.
“Stunner and Stevo are household names on the hip hop stage in their respective countries and the continent at large. To bring these two giants together is testament to my new found energy and focus in 2020,” he said.
He said for countries that share a lot in common, it was only befitting that their hip hop artists collaborate on a song.
“We need to push and grow our music and the best way to drive it forward and penetrate the international stage is through such collaborations. I am looking forward to more of these relationships,” Phyzix said.
He said the coming out of the track was to show oneness in the three countries.
The track is set to premiere on Made on Monday on July 27 2020.
Phyzix has 13 musical collections to his credit and describes his Gamba Season EP as the best-selling with
The Lone Ranger his debut album as the most critically acclaimed.
