Promotion response excites FDH Bank


FDH Bank has said it is delighted with customers’ response to its Osafinya Promotion which was launched last month.

The digital transaction promotion was unveiled in the wake of Covid-19 to encourage customers use the bank’s digital services.

Speaking during the first draw of the promotion on Thursday, FDH Bank Market ing Manager, Ronald Chimchere, said the promotion has received overwhelming support from customers.


He said during the first month of the promotion, the bank has seen a tremendous increase in number of customers using its digital banking services and products.

“The first month of the promotion has gone well, the response has been overwhelming and we have seen many customers using mobile banking services, we have also seen a single customers transacting more than 400 times within a month” Chimchire said.

The first draw saw some customers winning various FDH Bank branded items.


Grand prize for the promotion is a Mazda Demio.

To participate in the competition, customers should use any of the FDH Bank digital services for a minimum of four times in a month.

Customers can either buy credit, pay for utility bills and transfer money.
