Rewards for being persecuted

Beloved Saints good morning. Today, we continue looking at eternal rewards God has prepared for you.

God always watches things on earth from Heaven. He is omnipotent and omniscient. There is nothing that escapes His mind. Whatever you go through, He sees, takes notice and records each event.

All martyrdom that takes place on earth and people who persecute believers, He sees them and takes notice of all that.

God sees all the pain innocent Saints face on earth. Those who think they have a true God but not at all inflict persecution upon the true Saints.

If your God is true, then the sign is eternal peace and love of others in Christ Jesus. A true God is characterised by love. But if you persecute others because you want them to believe what you believe, then your God is not true.

Satan is very violent and his ministry is to kill, steal and destroy. But the Lord Jesus says that He came to give you full and abundant life. Jesus is the Prince of peace. Those who follow Jesus will take on the heart of their master in the same way that those who are not true believers of the Lord Jesus will follow the behaviour and character of the false god they follow.

If you are following the devil, then automatically you become a persecutor and if you follow Jesus, you become peaceful. That is why sometimes those who persecute Saints take advantage.

But God watches. Sometimes He has fought against persecutors like the way He killed Herod in a public political rally. Acts 12

God will always take sides with the persecuted on earth. This is why in Heaven, there is a reward for those who refused to back out here on earth.

Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?” And I said to him, “Sir, you know.” So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore, they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them. They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Revelation 7:13-17 NKJV

Unfortunately, we have many Saints who run away from serving God just because their friend mocked them or spoke bad of them. They stop praying because their friend has falsely accused them.

Beloved, we have people who have shed their blood and even lost their lives. God will reward and crown such Saints.

Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous–with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favour and salvation, regardless of your outward conditions) are you when people revile you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil things against you falsely on My account. Be glad and supremely joyful, for your reward in heaven is great (strong and intense), for in this same way people persecuted the prophets who were before you. II Chronicles. 36:16

Matthew 5:11-12 AMPC.

Don’t run away from God; there is nowhere else you would go and find life outside the Lord Jesus Christ.

Pray for the salvation of souls. Pray also for the United States of America for law, peace and order. This would avoid serious trouble that Satan is advancing there.

Prayer: “Dear my God and Father of Glory, may I never run away from you because there is nowhere to go outside of the Lord Jesus. Grant me boldness to stand to the end. In Jesus Name, I pray. Amen!”

Say *By the Stripes of Jesus I am healed!* Continue to confess Psalms 91 till this Covid season is over. Stay in the living Word. We hear more plagues are coming to humble the rebellious back to God. Preach Jesus for the salvation of souls.

May God bless your day as you pray and even fast for the world healing, deliverance and salvation of souls while making disciples before the Lord comes.

Love and prayers. Your servant.
