Prophet Shepherd Bushiri in conjunction with Bethel Music will host what is dubbed Resurgence Virtual Worship Concert on Thursday.
A press statement says the concert will be headlined by Bethel Music Worship leader and songwriter Kristene DiMarco, who is set to share the stage with Bushiri’s Enlightened Worship artists.
The statement further says that the concert will be shot in United States of America, South Africa and Malawi and that it will be beamed live on Prophetic channel, Major 1 Connect and Rainbow Television.
“Prophet Bushiri, as a guest of honour, is expected to make a speech. The concert is part of Prophet Bushiri’s on-going global online campaign of preaching the good news and giving hope to people in these tough Covid times,” the statement reads.
DiMarco joined Bethel Collective in 2016, bringing with her a history of passionate worship that has inspired a new generation of worshippers.
Her latest album Where His Light Was features her track ‘Take Courage’ which also appears on Bethel Music’s Starlight album and 2019 Spanish album Bethel Music En Espanol as ‘Ten Fe Corazon’.
Enlightened Worship according to a press statement is a group of worshippers, musicians, singers and writers under Prophet Shepherd Bushiri Ministries.
Some of the notable artists who are part of the family include Swazi Dhlamini from South Africa and the country’s artist Onesimus.
