Munthali was out for four weeks after sustaining a waist injury during their 2-1 victory over Mzuni FC.
The keeper, who once earned a call-up to the national team, confirmed on Wednesday that he was fit and ready for games.
“I have started training with the team and it will be the choice of the coach to feature me based on his assessment of my play,” Munthali said.
Silver’s General Secretary, Thabo Nyirenda, said Munthali’s return will provide the coach goalkeeping options.
“All our goalkeepers are good but Munthali’s return will create great competition as they will all aim at impressing the coach, which gives us a chance to perform well in the Fisd Cup, and probably be crowned this year’s Super League champions,” Nyirenda said.
In the absence of Munthali, Silver were using Blessings Kameza.
