Skeffa Chimoto on church mission
In a bid to raise fund, St Martin Catholic Parish Fundraising Committee has organised a music party that will see Skeffa Chimoto and the Real Sounds touch souls for a good cause.
The show, slated for December 3 2016 at Premier Lodge in Chileka, Blantyre, will offer music lovers an early Christmas treat.
Fundraising Committee chairperson, Nicodemus Kangola, said the show is one of the ways of promoting self reliance.
“Our church is encouraging us to be self-reliant so that we may achieve our goals. We really need to work hard and that is why we have organised the fundraising show,” Kangola said.
Kangola said money realised would be used for the construction of a multi-million kwacha hall.
Meanwhile, Chimoto has promised fireworks.
“I have been looking forward to this show for close to two months, “said Chimoto..
