Smile Life retains Sparc donates to Zambia firm 100% client base

Smile Life Insurance Company last week hosted clients to an end of year cocktail where it touted 100 percent customer retention.
Smile Life Insurance Company Chief Executive Officer, Stain Singo, thanked the clients for their support.
“We have not lost any customer and the secret is quality service delivery. We believe in giving service beyond expectation of the client,” Singo said.

Recently, the firm partnered local bank, MyBucks Banking Corporation, in a quest to contribute towards the financial inclusion drive.
As part of its corporate social responsibility, the firm donated K500, 000 to Samaritan Trust.
Samaritan Trust Executive Director, Maggie Mukwenha, said the donation was timely.
