ACJ Vice Chairperson, Esther Nyanja, said Thursday that all was set for the show.

“The aim is to raise funds for our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held in Salima District from April 27 to 29. Actually, the guest of honour at the AGM will be the Episcopal Conference of Malawi Chairperson, Archbishop Thomas Msusa,” Nyanja said.

Nyanja said the AGM would draw participants from all chapters of ACJ; namely the Northern, Central and Southern region chapters.

“We want to discuss issues that rose during the past year and see how we can move forward. We, specifically, want to promote peace; hence, the theme for our AGM is ‘Journalism for Peace’.

Nyanja said, through the fundraising show, they hope to raise K5 million.

Soldier will have his Zembani Band in tow while Lulu will be backed by his Mathumera Banda.

Sam Smack and Nepman will also strut their stuff.
