Standard Bank Malawi has changed its brand tagline to It Can Be and a new brand promise; Finding New Ways to Make Dreams Possible.
This replaces the old Moving Forward tagline while the brand promise phases out the old Making Progress Real.
In a statement the bank’s Chief Executive, William le Roux, said the new tagline underpins the institution, aspirations as it resonates well with their philosophy of driving growth.
“It Can Be is about hope and realising one’s reams. It is about the right attitude that says I can work together with teams to find solutions to complex questions and problems. It is an approach of not giving up at the first obstacle.
“Today’s customers want more than just a service, they are looking for a brand that believes in them, inspires them, and walks with them, that tells them that their hopes and dreams matter,” Le Roux said.
He added that the new tagline and promise have come at a right time when the country is faced with the Covid-19 and people need messages of hope.
