Striving for change

With President Lazarus Chakwera in attendance, Vice President Saulos Chilima Friday strode to the podium at the Bingu International Convention Centre to deliver his second lecture on the subject of mindset change.
He pointed out from the outset that his perspective is not exhaustive and went on to emphasise that nurturing talent without having a matching attitude cannot bring about development.
“With a fixed mindset we don’t develop,” he said.
He added that while seeking growth, one should also strive for peace of mind, view challenges as opportunities and to evolve with the changing time.
