Sunbird introduces loyalty programme

Sunbird Hotels and Resorts has unveiled a customer loyalty programme tagged Sunbird Premier Club, which seeks to reward customers for providing business to the hospitality chain.

Sunbird Chief Executive Officer, Yusuf Olela, said the hotel chain believes in delivering personalised service to exceed the expectations of its customers.

He said under the programme, Sunbird Premier Club clients will be getting special benefits and features in the form of privileges.

“The privileges are unparalleled on the market and include various discounts and complimentary services that are positioned to wow our guests and customers.

“The programme is simple. A customer joins the programme by selecting a membership, either gold or platinum and paying an annual fee. Depending on the membership selected, the customer can enjoy up to 33 percent discount on meals, accommodation, conferencing, gym memberships, spa treatments and free swimming pool access for up to four family members per membership,” Olela said.

He added that members will also enjoy up to three free nights with complimentary breakfast, which can be claimed immediately after joining.

“For those who are inclined to regular travel, they will gain access to airport business lounges, both locally and internationally.

“And for those travelling out of the country, they can book international accommodation through Sunbird Premier Club and enjoy discounts of up to 60 percent at the world’s top hotel brands,” he said.
