If she wins the golden boot award, she will become the first African female to win it in the Italian Serie A Women.

In an interview from Italy, Tabitha was delighted with her performance.

“I thank God for everything. I will continue working hard. It feels great to get three points,” Tabitha said.

Following the win, Inter Women moved to position three on the log table with 35 points from 18 matches.

Scorchers coach Lovemore Fazili heaped praise on the talented striker.

“I like her altitude all the time. She is, indeed, a role model,” Fazili said.

Tabitha has made a great impact at Inter Women since joining the club on loan from Chinese side Wuhan Jiangda.

She won the Player of the Month award for September after scoring five goals in four opening matches.

Again, she was named the best African player based in Europe for the same month.

Tabitha won the golden boot award in her debut season in both Sweden and China.

In Sweden, she scored 38 goals despite joining the league while it was in progress in 2015. She scored 17 goals in her debut season in China.
