“This song keeps fans and everyone across the globe enthusiastic about life and believing that after every storm life goes on,” Tay Grin said.

He said ‘Global Message’ is the first single off the award winning artist’s upcoming album Different Shades of Grin.

With the world battling Covid-19 pandemic where a lot of people have lost hope, Tay Grin speaks of hope in the track.

He sings in the song: “A king is not a king without his people, moyo wabvuta koma chisomo chilipo, raise your glass in the air if you’ve lost someone, thank God we’re still here, turn the music up… life goes on”.

In the song, the artist has worked with Tigris and saxophonist Dan Sibale.

“As artists, we need to give hope to people especially this time when we are fighting Covid-19 pandemic. I had to do it. There are times we bring out songs specifically for entertainment but we also have to take up that lead role to bring about change and also bring hope,” Tay Grin, real name Limbani Kalilani, said.

He said he was thankful for the support that people give him and that he was looking forward to giving out more.

“We have been on a break for so long but things are opening up and I will tour the country soon,” Tay Grin said.
