Team Entertainers has rescheduled a mega gospel show which was halted by the heavy rains at BAT Ground in March this year.
Team Entertainers Director Tonderai Banda said Tuesday that they promised people that they would do the gospel show again.
The mega gospel concert will take place at BAT Ground in Blantyre.
“You may recall we failed to proceed with this show earlier this year where we were launching our new stage due to heavy rains. But we promised to do it again and so we have settled for September 3, 2017,” Tonderai said.
He added that this time around, the line-up has changed and that they have also included veteran musician Paul Banda.
“We just thought we should refresh the line-up and so we have Sir Paul Banda as one of those who have been added,” Tonderai said.
He also said that the concert dubbed Utsi Tuluka Mega Gospel concert was a warm-up as they look ahead to the Sound and Light concert to be held in Salima on September 29 through to September 30.
He said they have already finalised the preparations and that they were 100 percent ready.
“Everything is in place and we are ready,” Tonderai said.
Other acts set to perform are Ethel Kamwendo Banda, Thocco Katimba, Evans Meleka, The Great Angels Choir, Ndirande Anglican Voices, Favoured Martha and Gwamba.
