Have And Enjoy Life or Zoe (Haez), an event by Raised for a Purpose Music and Arts Ministry (RFPMAM) which is under Raised for a Purpose Ministries (RFP), took place at KCA Garden in Blantyre on Saturday.
The event—headlined by South African singer, songwriter and actor Martin PK and which attracted an impressive audience—went all the way to the early hours of yesterday.
The event saw artists from RFP showing the best of their talent in various art disciplines, with music dominating.
Martin PK as the headliner lived up to the billing and offered a great live performance and, throughout his set, he kept on manifesting the greatness of God.
The artist is part of the Christ Embassy’s LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry.
In all the songs he offered, the audience sang along and he did not skip the popular track ‘Superman’, where he sings that he can do anything “because the spirit of God lives inside me and that he walks by faith and not by sight”.
Before Martin PK’s performance, RFP’s founder Pastor Aubrey Mwasinga gave a short ceremony.
“This year, we decided to add Martin PK to the line-up and we are excited to have him. I am also happy with the performances our artists gave and they keep on improving every year,” Mwasinga said.
His wife, Pastor Emma, who had a live concert at Golden Peacock in Blantyre recently, also performed, offering two songs including ‘Colourful World’.
The other performers included Lonje, Zvne, Zaithwa and D-Rain.
After Haez, there were awards yesterday, with Martin PK in attendance.
Haez started in 2016 and it is all about teaching the gospel through different talents.
