Vernacular language poetry has had its time under Times Radio’s sun.
It is time for English-word poetry to glow, following introduction of ‘Speak Poetry’ programme to be presented by poet and ‘Choices’ series actor Yankho Seunda.
Seunda said in an interview yesterday that the programme has been introduced to bridge the airplay gap that exists between vernacular-word poetry and English-word poetry.
