TNM dangles local music downloads’ bundles
Some journeys, like authorship, are best carried out alone.
But other journeys— like the introduction of bundles for local music downloads— may require that one person or service provider should carry out the lonely task of introducing a product, but execution remains a group endeavour.
It seems that the later has won out after mobile service provider, TNM— in a typical case of the initiator— yesterday launched bundles for local music downloads in partnership with two digital platforms— Rediyo APP and Nyimbozathu website.
According to Daniel Makata, TNM’s Chief Officer (Consumer Services), TNM Smart Music Bundles will offer customers an opportunity to download local music.
Makata said during the launch of the service that the initiative is in line with the company’s thematic campaign ‘It’s Great’.
“TNM, as a truly Malawian brand, is keen to promote local music, which is woven into the Malawian culture. This is why we say it’s great to dance. As a brand, we always strive to give our customers services or products that meet their needs. Therefore, we have introduced bundles that will give them the opportunity to connect with their lifestyle, business, aspirations, society, culture and behaviour through music,” Makata said.
He said the service will also create a platform for the promotion of local music as it will be made available to the public.
The hope is that music lovers will be encased by music sounds generated by their own artists, reflecting on issues making rounds in their own environment.
