TNM donates to Balaka hospital

As away of celebrating the festive season, mobile network provider TNM donated various food items worth K1 million to patients at Balaka District Hospital. As a festive season tradition, TNM employees in all the key regions of the country make corporate social responsibility contributions to under privileged sections of society.

Speaking after presenting the gifts, TNM Head of Region for the South Francis Mwamadi said the donation was aimed at lifting the spirits of patients during this festive season.

“The objective is to extend the spirit of sharing and love during Christmas and New Year. The Festive season is the best time to reach out to those in need as they are faced with numerous challenges that make it difficult for them to afford or access a decent meal,” he said.

The acting District Medical Officer for Balaka Dr. Mtisunge Kachingwe thanked TNM for the gesture.
