TNM hands over third Toyota Hilux
Malawi Stock Exchange (MSE) -listed integrated ICT and mobile phone service provider, TNM, on Wednesday handed over the third prize of a Toyota Hilux in the Kwatentha Promotion to a Blantyre-based, Rex Chingakule.
The vehicle is valued at K19.8 million and Chingakule emerged the winner after recharging his phone with K400 worth of airtime.
Launched on November 9 2017, the Kwatentha Promotion aimed to reward both new and existing TNM customers.
After handing over the automobi le, TNM Act ing Chief Executive Officer, Eric Valentine, reiterated that the promotion met its objective of transforming the lives of the company’s customers.
“Through our investment in Kwatentha Promotion, TNM has reaffirmed its position as the only mobile network and ICT service provider with the unparalled capability to create possibilities, connect and change lives of Malawians,” he said.
After receiving the prize, Chingakule said the car will improve his socio-economic standing.
“I feel great. This is an awesome opportunity because out of millions of customers who participated, I am one of the lucky winners to be awarded the car. I will remember this experience for the rest of my life. This prize will transform my life quite a lot,” Chingakule said.
TNM has given out three brand new Toyota Hilux each valued at K19.8 million.
Apart from the vehicles, over the past three months, the company also dished out various prizes to 1,400 customers across its four operating regions.
Kwatentha Promotion ended on February 9 2018.
