Total in service centres expansion

Total Malawi on Friday opened a new Debonairs outlet at its Limbe Service Centre as part of expanding its service delivery scope.

The Limbe food court is sixth on the list of centres expanded this far.

Managing Director for Total Seggie Kistasamy said the expansion drive is an attempt to service its customers with various other services at ease.

“This is part of Total’s strategy and evolution from the normal filling station to a service centre. We now have a concept of quick service restaurant,” he said.

He said total brand is not only fuel, but it comes with all the other services.

In terms of positioning of Total, Kistasamy said the business set itself apart with offering these services.

“Total is on a growth path, we set growth targets and we are happy that we are achieving those targets,” he said.
