Toyota Malawi plants K6m trees

Toyota Malawi has planted trees along the Mudi River in Blantyre as part of its programme to plant 6,000 trees across the country at a cost of K6 million.
Speaking during the exercise in Blantyre, Toyota Malawi’s National Parts Manager, David Moyo said the company reaffirms its commitment to replant trees across the country to restore the environment.
Blantyre City Deputy Mayor, Wild Ndipo, thanked Toyota Malawi for the exercise, saying replenishing trees should be the way to go for Malawi.
