Umodzi Park open to feedback

The newly hired General Manager for Umodzi Park, Derick Van der Nest, has said the park is open to feedback from stakeholders as it seeks to achieve its goal of providing unique and quality services.

Speaking during his reception in Lilongwe on Friday night, Van der Nest said guests are always the best judges in service provision and their input is most important in the improvement process.

“Our aim is to provide five-star services to you our valued stakeholders. And to achieved that, we also need to hear from you on where you think we need to improve and what we need to maintain, “ Van der Nest said.

He said Umodzi Park has embarked on a journey of bringing more to its menu or services to enable guests sample diversified and quality meals and services

“We always thank you for your invaluable support,” he said.

JTI Travel and Events Coordinator Mercy Potani said as stakeholders, they look forward to high quality services from the hospitality facility.

“Everytime we book for meetings, they swiftly respond to us. Even if you go to their hotel, their rooms are just nice,” Potani said.
