Vanguard Life rates 2019 as mixed bag
Vanguard Life Assurance Company has described the year 2019 as a mixed bag for business.
Vanguard Life Assurance Company Managing Director, Noah Mupfuratsa, said this on Thursday during a dinner for Blantyre customers.
“The year has been a mixed bag. It is a mixture of turbulence as well as positives. But we have had more positives and we are excited about that,” Mupfurutsa said.
He attributed the turbulence to changes in the operating environment that the firm had no control.
Mupfurutsa said next year, the company will introduce a wide range of products and services.
One of the clients, Mike Missi, commended the firm for offering best services amid the challenging environment.
“Their products have been good. There was an issue with late payouts, but I believe they are working on that in the coming year,” Missi said
