We are connected with top artists, says Big Base Entertainment

Big Base Entertainment which has masterminded the coming into the country of Jamaican reggae musician Busy Signal said Thursday that they are connected and are ready to bring well known musicians in the country.

One of the company’s co-directors Philemon Kamshinda said they are an established company with links with several artists hence managing to bring Busy Signal without problems.

“As Big Base Entertainment, we just don’t talk but we do it. There was alot which was said about Busy Signal but he performed in Zimbabwe and now he is here in Malawi,” said Kamshinda.

He said that this is not the first time they have been in Malawi as they were here in 2010.

“We are Zimbabweans but we love Malawi and we are Africans. This is why when Lucius Banda approached us on Busy Signal we did not hesitate but to do it and we are happy that Busy Signal is finally here,” said Kamshinda.

He then said Malawians should just watch the space as they are courting musician Nick Minaj.

“Just know that we are working on bringing Nick Minaj in Zimbabwe and Malawi. All we just wanted to ask Malawians to support us, we are ready to work with Malawian promoters and companies to bring all the top artists you want to have here,” he said.
