What you may move without penalty

Today, I am going to address what a player may move when their ball, in play, is stationary and when it is in motion.

Player’s Ball in Play is Stationary;

Examples are course signage, distance markers, water hazard stakes, cans, abandoned balls and other rubbish.

Player’s Ball is in Motion after a Stroke;
