Young Chimodzi expects Big Bullets’ reaction

Silver Strikers’ Technical Director, Young Chimodzi, expects Nyasa Big Bullets’ characteristic response in Sunday’s rematch at Silver Stadium in the TNM Super League’s potential blockbuster.

Chimodzi spoke about Bullets on Wednesday after defeating them 1-0 for the People’s Team to exit the inaugural Fisd Challenge Cup at Kamuzu Stadium.

“They are a tough team and it will be even tougher on Sunday. We know that they cannot afford losing to us again,” said Chimodzi who granted the press interviews after Coach Lovemore Fazili’s dismissal from the touchline after a heated argument with a fourth match official.

“We need to avoid complacency. We need to talk to be the players to be on guard and exercise self-discipline.”

Fazili was unhappy that the officiating panel paid a blind eye to a Bullets’ fan, who sneaked behind Silver’s goalposts to snatch bottles of water for the visitors’ goalkeeper, Blessings Kameza, before throwing them to him.
