Members of the Public Appointments Committee (Pac) of Parliament sweated to get some information from Blantyre Water Board (BWB) directors it summoned Wednesday, The Daily Times can reveal.
BWB directors, led by board chairperson Stanley Chirwa, were subpoenaed by Pac members, who wanted the officials to explain how they make hiring and firing decisions, among other things, at the parastatal.
