FCB Nyasa Big Bullets are waiting for government clearance to process work permits for newly signed coaches Lemekani who are set to join coach Wedson Nyirenda’s technical panel.
Mwanza is a data analyst while Yobe has been engaged as an assistant coach.
The two arrived in Malawi last week but are yet to begin official duties with the club.
Despite the delay, Bullets are optimistic the two will be cleared to start work as early as next week.
Bullets Chief Executive Officer, Albert Chigoga, said they are still waiting for the necessary documentation from government authorities before the coaches can officially start playing their respective roles.

“Every country has rules and a person from another country cannot just start working without being given a work permit. We are working on this and we believe that they will start working soon,” Chigoga said.
The confirmation comes as Bullets gear up for what promises to be an active transfer window, which officially opened on Tuesday.
The People’s Team is keen to strengthen its squad as it pushes for consistency in the second half of the season.
Having unveiled Liberian playmaker Sheku Sheriff, the club is now targeting two to three additional signings before the window closes.

“The window is now open and there have always been plans to beef up our team. We want to sign two or three players. After signing Sheku Sheriff, then we will add a few names before the window is closed,” Chigoga explained.
He added that the recruitment drive has the full backing of the technical team, which sees fresh signings as key to steadying the club’s form.
“The coach and his backroom staff want us to do well on the transfer market as we go into the second round of the FDH Premiership. As you know, we have had an inconsistent start to the season, so the signings that we are making are aimed at making sure that the team performs consistently,” Chigoga said.
Bullets sit fourth on the log table with 27 points from 14 matches, trailing joint leaders Silver Strikers and Mighty Wanderers by two points.
Blue Eagles lie third with 28 points— leaving the race in a tight contest heading into the second round.
