Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team. Upon cancellation, any unused portion of the current subscription term will not be refunded.
Service Payment Refund
If the service provided by our media house is unsatisfactory, subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the service payment. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be made through the original payment method used for the service payment.
No Refund for Termination
If a subscriber’s account is terminated by our media house for violation of our terms of service, no refund will be granted.
Changes to Policy
Our media house reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers via email or through our website.
