Singer and guitarist Faith Mussa has left the country for United States of America (USA).
Reports indicate that the artist will now be based in USA, where he will be engaged to other duties apart from music, and that he will be visiting home for performances at times.
A source said recently that Faith has moved to USA to grow his music, having been frustrated with the rewards of the artistry in the country.
His wife is expected to join him in USA later.
The artist, who has travelled to many countries representing Malawi with his music through his one-man act, posted a picture of him in USA on his Facebook page on Tuesday.

Faith, famed for hits such as ‘Desperate’ and ‘Mdidi’, could not be drawn to shed more light on his trip to USA on Tuesday.
His manager Samuel Chiwaka confirmed yesterday that Faith had left for USA but could not divulge more information.
“For now I can only confirm that he is in USA and he actually posted a picture of him there and that is what I can say for now,” Chiwaka said.
Another artist, who has moved to USA in recent times, is Code Sangala, who used to host Sounds of Malawi at Jacaranda Cultural Centre in Blantyre before ethno-musician Waliko Makhala took over.
