The Competition and Fair Trading Commission (CFTC) has served Agrocomm, one of the country’s cement distributors, with an infringement notice for allegedly hoarding 7,800 bags of cement, each weighing 50 kilogrammes (kg), at the company’s warehouse in Lilongwe.
