Bankers Association of Malawi (Bam) has urged industry players to embrace continuous learning, networking and emerging technologies as they seek to advance their careers.
Bam Chief Executive Officer Lyness Nkungula said professionals should utilise networking opportunities to build relationships that could expose them to new opportunities and ideas.
