Cfao Mobility Malawi has unveiled an all-new 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 250 Series, marking a significant milestone in the country’s automotive market.
Speaking at the launch in Blantyre, Cfao Mobility Malawi Managing Director Carl Varga said the new generation Prado boasts enhanced features tailored specifically for Malawi’s challenging terrain.
“We are proud to bring this latest model to Malawi and are confident it will meet the needs of our clients, whether they are navigating city streets or exploring the countryside,” Varga said.
The 250 Series Prado is powered by a 2.8-litre inline 4-cylinder turbo engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, delivering up to 201 horsepower and a torque of 500 Newton-Meters (Nm).
The new Prado is equipped with a range of features that redefine the driving experience.
It boasts a redesigned body and chassis improved ground clearance, and a longer wheelbase for improved stability.
Additionally, the vehicle’s lower beltline enhances visibility, reducing blind spots and providing a better sense of control both on and off the road.
Among its state-of-the-art features, the new Prado includes a 12.3-inch multimedia touchscreen, a digital dashboard and a JBL sound system with 14 speakers.
