The Centre for Human Rights and Rehabilitation (CHRR) has called on the Malawi Electoral Commission (Mec) to uphold transparency and accountability in the remaining stages of the September 16, 2025 general election.
CHRR Executive Director Michael Kaiyatsa made the appeal in a press statement released Monday, reiterating the need for Mec to take further steps to ensure the credibility of the results.
