The Blantyre Chief Resident Magistrate Court has acquitted three Electricity Generation Company (Egenco) executives of all charges levelled against them.
The three—former chief executive officer William Liabunya, director of corporate affairs Videlia Mluwira and director of finance Orphan Chisasa—were answering charges of alleged theft of K3.4 billion, money laundering and abuse of office
