The Lilongwe Magistrate Court Friday denied bail to former chief executive officer of Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (Mera) Collins Magalasi, who is answering three charges arising from the proposed sale of Amaryllis Hotel.
Magalasi is answering charges of fraud, theft and money laundering in connection with transactions involving the Public Service Pension Fund (PSTF).
