Football Association of Malawi (Fam) president Fleetwood Haiya has insisted that the association will not allow all stadia that failed to comply with minimum club licencing standards to host elite matches until they meet the requirements.
This comes after Super League of Malawi (Sulom) insisted that the opening match between Mighty Wanderers and Karonga United will be staged at Kamuzu Stadium this Saturday.
Speaking on the sidelines of the Northern Region Football Association (NFRA) League prize presentation at Jenda in Mzimba District on Tuesday, Haiya said the association will not change its stand on unfit facilities.
