The Institute of People Management Malawi (IPMM) has emphasised the importance of promoting inclusion in workplaces.
Speaking in Blantyre during the institute’s continuous learning programme, IPMM President Frank Sabola said the training was aimed at equipping human resource (HR) practitioners with the knowledge and skills needed to build workplaces that are fair, inclusive and people-centred.
