Higher Education Students’ Loans and Grants Board (HESLGB) Executive Director Prince Phwetekere has challenged the government for the second time, insisting that he will not honour his secondment to Domasi Teachers College of Education.
The two have been at loggerheads after the government redeployed Phwetekere to the Zomba District-based academic institution.
