The government has announced new stringent measures limiting foreign travel for ministers and deputy ministers to a maximum of three trips per calendar year, except under special circumstances.
Chief Secretary to the Government, Justin Saidi, disclosed the development in Lilongwe on Sunday during the swearing-in ceremony of newly appointed ministers and deputy ministers.
