Miss and Mrs Culture Malawi 2024 will be held tonight at Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe.
Contestants are all set for the battle for both Miss and Mrs Culture Malawi, with musicians Emmie Deebo and Temwah expected to spice up the event.
The current Miss Culture Malawi is Ireen Navicha, who has, in recent times, contested in a number of international platforms.
This will be the fourth Miss Culture Malawi to take over the crown.
Meanwhile, Miss Culture Global, Casey Esmeraldo, who is expected to grace the Miss and Mrs Culture Malawi contest and play judge, on Wednesday, donated essential items to Dzaleka Ubuntu Nation in partnership with Lush Africa.
The donated items included school books, clothes, shoes, food and sanitary pads.
Navicha and Miss Culture Malawi finalists joined Esmeraldo on the trip to Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Dowa, where, apart from the donation; they appreciated other works being done.
Chief Executive Officer for Lush Africa, Lorraine Kljajic, expressed appreciation for the donation.
“We are happy as we try to instil a spirit of giving in our contestants. Hopefully, the upcoming queen will carry on what Casey has started here in Malawi,” Kljajic said.
