The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has said there will be no amnesty for those who have stolen money from the government.
DPP spokesperson Shadrick Namalomba said this in reaction to what some non-governmental organisations (NGO) have been saying, to the effect that amnesty could help in national healing.
