Conglomerate Press Corporation Limited (PCL) plc has said negotiations with the government on an implementation agreement required to secure additional financing for its 50-megawat (mw) Nkhoma Solar Power Project are ongoing The $55.1 million project was initially scheduled for commissioning in October this year.
