FCB Nyasa Big Bullets FC are leaving no stone unturned ahead of Sunday’s Caf Champions League tie against Democratic Republic of Congo giants TP Mazembe as each player has been promised K200,000 for a win.
However, Bullets officials have kept a tight lid on the matter.
Bullets Administration Officer Albert Chigoga refused to comment but earlier this week he told our sister paper The Daily Times that a special package has been arranged to motivate the players ahead of the match.
“I was not directly involved with the team due to personal commitments and I will get back to you once I get the details,” he said.
However, one of the senior players confirmed that K200,000 has been agreed as a special package for each player if they beat Mazembe.

“It is not a secret. We will be given K200,000 for a win. We want to play to win and we are more than ready for the pitch. Playing at home gives us an advantage,” he said.
Bullets reached the second round of the Caf Champions League after eliminating Dragon FC of Equatorial Guinea following a three goal aggregate.
